Day 30!
Well here are the results for the first 4 weeks. I did, after observation, notice the original tape measure I was using was adding another 1/2 inch to an inch to all my measurements! So this might be more accurate than previous measurements…….good for 4 weeks?

Congrats! on all your improvements. Your BF caliper might be reading wrong, I had the same thing happen to me. Try it two hours after you eat and before working out. It should read a correct % then.
