WOW today was rough…..

my trainer is making me do cardio 30 in the am BEFORE I eat……..I did it this am and thought I was gonna die! Not only did I wake up STARVING…….my head hurt (i call them hunger headaches) and to NOT eat and do cardio was complete torture. I was obsessing the whole time about getting home and eating my egg whites and oatmeal……after I ate……my hunger headaches did not subside…..grrrrrrr…I probably wont be half normal until I eat my half normal meal at lunch time…until then…im hungry, angry, hurting, tired, and pissed (i get bitchy when im hungry LOL) grrrrrrrrrrrr K done with rant.

 As of this week I am down 2 pds lost 1 inch in my thigh and 1/2 inch in my hips. YAY……..maybe I should quietly not do cardio on an empty stomach because I am getting results without doing it……but SHHHHH!!! dont tell my trainer…..

and my biggest dread came true!! cardio 2 x a day…i knew it was coming…i was hoping magic would happen and it wouldnt be…but it is =-( ohhh well. Today was exhausting….worked out 1 hr weights 30 min cardio…..jetted to school…took a break to eat lunch at home..drove back to school…at school til 5 pm picked up son back to gym for 30 more min cardio…home to eat……..now sitting here hoping all this work pays off and stressing if the scale doesnt reflect on saturday all this damn hard work…..grrrrrrrrr

Day 30!

Well here are the results for the first 4 weeks. I did, after observation, notice the original tape measure I was using was adding another 1/2 inch to an inch to all my measurements! So this might be more accurate than previous measurements…….good for 4 weeks?

26% bf (or so my electronic calipers told me but user error is very possible)

I have been clean eating for 22 days NOT 1 thing has entered my mouth that was not a clean item in this span of time. Weight loss is steady but seemingly slower than shit. lol. I have been noticing small changes here and there along with the poundage…its like I find myself wanting my body to be lean like yesterday….and I am not sure if I am progressing as fast as I should…….in 22 days I am down 7 pounds, most of which I lost i the first week and a half. Since that first week I have been averaging a pound a week even though according to my calculations I am "burning" more like 2 pounds a week. Frustrating but hey progress is better than nothing right……I cant wait to start seeing big time changes….good thing is I have had 3 or 4 people mention I look like I am losing weight so that is a good sign. Anywhoo, just thought I would blog for the day…….good day 22 going on good day 120!
