so when i starte my measurments were

26% bf (or so my electronic calipers told me but user error is very possible)
150 pds
30 waist
hip 43
thigh 25
calf 15.5
bicep 13.5
Today 1/23/09
145.5 pounds
20.9% body fat (again could be user error)
bicep 12
chest 34.5
waist 29.5
hip 42
thigh 25
calf 15.75
Not sure if that is good or bad results for 2 weeks…..
my diet is
1350 on non active days 165p 40c 60f
1650 on weight/cardio days 200p 85c 55f
1 high carb day but ONLY clean food and carbs distributed throughot day 2175 cals 300C 30F rest is protein.
so whatcha guys think eh?

Sounds like you have a great plan. Those BF calipers can be tricky but you can shed BF pretty quick. Of course it can come back quick too! Best of luck. CV.
