well well well…….

I decided I want to enter in a competition to set my sights for…..maybe this will keep me more focused on my goal right!? So I am entering the Contra Costa figure competition on 5/9 which gives me plenty of time to start cutting…im starting out with a light cutting scheme that I found in a muscle and fitness hers mag…….. 200p 55F 80C (carb including veggies) on training days 165p 60F 35C on non training days and one clean carb up day where i bump my carbs up to 300 and lower the fat to 30g on that day. weights 4 x a week varying upper and lower body and cardio on those days. Again this is just the beginning to learn to eat less carbs again and just jump start my cutting scheme…….after 4 weeks i am going to re evaluate and make changes as needed…but what aint broke dont fix right? lol . I have an appointment with Max Muscle in a week and a half for them to analyze my fat ass and give me a competiton diet..which I already know will be eating all protein 1200 cals and cardio 2x a day…………..but im going anyway to join a click to keep me focused and motivated…its one thing with all you internet buddies..but another in real life. real life is soooooo hard when you are alone in your efforts..but you guys all know that right?

 

well yesterday was my first day and I went to 2 parties with TONS of yummy food and TONS of alcohol and didnt touch a damn thing (except my protein shake) and had sooo much fun! who knew not drinking could be so fun?! hahaha
