I hate when I start dieting or a new plan…because all I do all day is obsess about it. grrr…why cant i just start a plan and just do it and not think about it?! so irritating.

I pritty much breezed throught ur blogs. I have a questions and a comment or two. First the comment. I really think ur working out too hard and too long. your body has muscle memery, witch means you only need an hour and 45min to 2hrs. top that off with th job u alreay have is fine. Have you tryed meal supplemnt? Because I take syntha-6, by- BSN. Maybe ur not diabetic, I hope ur not, but It’s a good system to eat prgram. It allows you to small portions of food all day with very lil carbs and suger allowed. God Bless.

I so agree with you about that. I wake up ever morning famished. I want to eat pancakes and hashbrowns….I never was like that before but now that I am more disciplined my mind starts play these games. It sucks. The working out part isn’t bad it’s the diet part.
