keto or AD diet not a fad but a lifestyle
I am baaaack. I tried the whole eat balanced meals each meal..hyadayada…but I just get hungier hungier and hungrier. So im back on an AD/keto diet. It worked well for me last time. And its very very easy to stick with..on top of the fact im addicted to sugar which makes me go on a binge craze when i have it. Best way to avoid these trigger foods….well JUST DONT HAVE EM! LOL wish me luck!
