I am soooooooooooooooo tired!

maybe cuz i only had 5 hours or 6 hours sleep? iono. I usually dont feel THIS exhausted tho. Maybe the no carb is finally getting to me =-(

So I just started the AD/Keto again. I am trying to eat 1700 cal 113F 140p 30c…..but I get sooooo hungry on this. I have been eating between 1850-2000 each day….if i dont i get soo sick and tired i feel as though I will pass out and i can feel my stomach eating itself. If the AD/Keto is supposed to suppress appetite it aint working so well for me. I will give it a couple weeks..it ONLY has been 4 days! I cant wait for my appetite to be nothing………..ive never NOT had an appetite my whole life! hahahahaha. Maybe I am destined to be a fat ass…..as so eloquently stated by someone on this site..hahahahha. Appetite suppressants only make me HUNGRIER so i dont take em. Maybe its because I am more active than MOST? I walk 8-10 miles a day at the hospital (4 days a week)…do 30 min cardio 3x week and lift 3x week. COme to think of it…..back when i was over 150 i ate 1400-1500 cals..did cardio 45-60 min a day 5 days a week and lifted 4 days a week. Maybe my bodies telling me to eat more? shit iono! it just scares me when im only 5′4" 140 and a man weighing 190 @ 6 ft tall says he eats 2000 cals a day. EVEN the website by the USDA says I should eat 2000 to LOSE weight. why oh why do you big men have to throw a wrench in my diet? LOL make me think im a fatty fat fat for eating what you do!?

 

Im done ranting…..im going to make a goal of 1800 cals today….then tommorrow 1750….then 1700……..let me see if i can stick with that. day by day. day by day.

keto or AD diet not a fad but a lifestyle

I am baaaack. I tried the whole eat balanced meals each meal..hyadayada…but I just get hungier hungier and hungrier. So im back on an AD/keto diet. It worked well for me last time. And its very very easy to stick with..on top of the fact im addicted to sugar which makes me go on a binge craze when i have it. Best way to avoid these trigger foods….well JUST DONT HAVE EM! LOL wish me luck!
