yay!
today I stepped on the scale and I am officially the lowest weight I have ever actually seen on a scale! yippeeeeee….sooo i decided that I will not post any new pics of myself until I lose 4 more pounds for something to work towards. On top of that….I am eating bacon, butter, full cream, lots of olive oil, mayonaise,,,,and all that forbidden food! If i see something low fat or fat free….what do i do? I throw it out =-)

Becareful!! extreme or fad diets are not good! They are not safe or healthy! You body needs balance!!! Espeically for long term changes! You need to learn to eat well balanced and healthy meals! along with a regular exercise plan!
