this might work for someone else…not me. eating carbs makes me crave carbs and binge
soo i am revamping my diet to something I have never done before. KETO!
20 or less carbs per day……eat as much fat and protein to feel satisfied….usually about 50 fat and 220 protein about 1400 cal average per day but I am only lifting 4 days a week no longer than an hour. for the first week no cardio at all to wait till my body adjusts to lower calories and no carbs virtually. then next week i will add in 2 days of light cardio…….after 2 weeks see what my bodies doing and adjust from there on.
