upping my cals to 1500 and only having 1 high day of 2500. Hopefully that will fix this problem….grrrrrrrrrrrr

bulking? im not bulking dork. 1500 cals is like starvation..LOL and I only eat clean…..well i take that back. last weekend i did mess up…….. but in the last month i have eaten bad 2 days…plus 2 meals………sooo that sucks. Besides that I ALWAYS eat clean. Dude serioulsy look at my blogs…i list my routines and everything i eat to the freegin ounce
oh goodness, you droped the dork bomb! That is funny. Ok, don’t beat me up (as I am commenting without havign ever read your previous blogs) but… I agree, sub 1500 could be too low and maybe some extra cals with properly spaced and timed meals will help to get your metabolism going in the direction you want it. I’m going to hide now
