screw you HAWAII
Sooooo I went on a 2 week vacation to Hawaii (almost 2 weeks anyway). I tried to eat good as much as possible but damnit its HARD to find any kind of healthy food options out there! I did more drinking than I would normally do and of course my workouts suffered…so Im feeling like a big fat lard ass…but now that i have returned im on track although i feel weak as hell. I seriously gained like 5 pounds of fat…its gross……..but easily remedied i know..just until i get to the point where im back to where i left off imma be freegin pissed and mad…..screw you hawaii screw you! =-P

You\’ve gotta let loose and have fun on the vacations. And if you\’re eating, just eat less if you can\’t find healthy foods, that always saved me. Not much to do for the drinking, though, that\’s usually when I give up counting calories and just look forward to nice, long workouts.
Best of success and use that anger to train hard and get back on track.

OH, been there girl! He’s right, channel that anger into hard work in the gym and you’ll be back to where you were in no time. Cheating is a learning experience and it will make your stronger! Don’t weigh yourself, tighten down your food, drink lots of water and you’ll love yourself in another few weeks. Believe me, done it too many times to count!!

Interesting…which part of Hawaii did you stayed? I was at Maui and all I did was eat healthy and exercise and as well as pampering myself with massages. Well, Hope all is well. Thanks for the comment on my blog! Remember one thing, your MIND controls your body and not the other way around, you’ll see the result in no time!
