Well the Kadonk a donk is nice. Don’t stress the scale. Change is good. As long as you are feeling better, that is what matters. Everything else will fall into place.

Your right. F**k the scale. Use the mirror. That is where you see results, not a stupid number on a scale. Your doing great.

It’s all about the mirror, girl! i don’t weigh myself any more than every 2 months, cause when I’ve been eating superclean and bringin’ it on every workout and I see the scale move up, it makes me want to EAT CARBS cause I’m pissed. So, screw the scale and drink your water, stick to your plan and use the mirror and your tightest jeans as the guage of how you’re doing. you are making AWESOME progress by the way. Don’t be afraid to post your "fat pics". We’ve all got em’ that that’s what will make the "after pics" all the sweeter, right honey? Check out my profile and you can see my fat butt. I’ve never seen a worse one…it’s embarassing, but I had to post it, cause it motivates me to remember that I CAN NEVER go back to my old ways!

vacations are where u let loose and get to check your control. eating smaller meals are best on vacations. I dont do alcohol and sodas so dont have the drinking problem but eating i do alot of. so I can understand how hard that is to control. On vacations I usually eat a lot of fruits and BBQ, drink a lot of soups , tea and water.

BTW, you still look like great to me.
