okay I had a bad weekend. I stepped on the scale and even though i feel and look leaner. I gained 2 pounds. YES weight fluctuates YES im on the rag (water retention), yes I could have built up a little more muscle. BUT I felt defeated…through all my efforts of eating a VERY balanced diet and working out to a T…….so what did i do? I ate shit the WHOLE weekend to make the 2 pounds a real 2 pounds…to feel as though i deserved to have gained 2 pounds. HOW ****ED UP IS THAT? im such an idiot. GEEEZE!
