I am doin the dang thang!!
Sunday, January 28th, 2007Good news…..I started eating MORE like 1750 calories and I did not gain a pound and i feel stronger! I didnt lose weight…but thats okay….my body needs to adjust to eating more before the pounds start falling off….im excited…….starting my official new diet and excersize program this week……..I just started eating more calories the first week to get my body used to it…yee……lets do it!
