Sooooooooo I started carb cycling and my low day is like 50 carbs and 1250 cals!!! I feel soo hungry….I woke up hungry (ate breakfast and still was hungry) and am sitting here hungry waiting for my next meal!!!!!! I dont like this one bit but it has to be done……….today is a medium day though so I know after i have a few meals under my belt i wont feel soo hungry and out of it…but grrrrrrr until then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I leg pressed 10 full plates yesterday! thats like almost 500 pds! like 5 reps 4 sets…what a feeling that was. Thanks Eric. Without him standing there assuring me I wouldnt get crushed by the weight I did it! That and my 135 pd dead lifts…AND cutting! im log a monster a beast if you will!

Well dont you hate it when the scale doesnt budge and you been working hard….then you realize you shoulda worked harder? or is that just me?
