Hope EVERYONE”s New Year is Awesome!
I Haven’t been on in a while and wanted to get on and Say that I hope Everyone’s New year is an Awesome one! One filled with much Love, Happiness, Prosperity, and Personal Gains!! I also wanted to Thank Everybody that has sent me messages and comments……I haven’t had much time to write and will try to get back to you soon!! My New Year has been thus far A Good and Bad one!! Good because I am so blessed to have my wonderful friends and family, and Bad because….well, I guess Bad wouldnt be the best choice of words…… Maybe Challenging would be better!! Ya, see My Wonderful Hubby, Has got a pretty Serious Problem, he is an Addicted Gambler and the Holidays are usually a roller coaster ride for our whole famliy! but, this year I think he is Truly serious about getting help and Kicking this addiction!! So, little ole me is putting all I have and All I am into helping him…..its kinda a twisted dysfunctional fairy tale…..haha Because I have my own issues that of course come to the surface when he and *we* are struggling with his demons!! I have an ED and if ya know anything bout this, ED sufferers, they blame themselves for EVERYTHING around them that isnt perfect….so, we have been locked up in our own little melodrama (spell check) hehe But, Rest assured I am a FIGHTER!!!!! We WILL Perservere and 2008 Will be the Year to remember!! I will keep ya updated on the new adventure that life has brought me!! I must say this Will be one of the Most Difficult Challenges I will ever face I am sure, but, having a Happy Healthy Husband is going to be the Most Awesome gift in the World! He has Missed out on sooo very much of Life because he has had poker attached to the end of his arm….lmao!! I DO Appreciate everyone that I have befriended on here and just haven’t had the time or actually the brain power to actually sit down and write…..lol I do have some hilarious stories about how scatterbrained I have become through this!!! I Miss you all very Much and Hope EVERYBODY is doing GREAT!! I do peek in from time to time to read your blogs and see whats new and how your doing!!! Much Luv Take Care!! ~Bethy

Addictions are definitely challenging to overcome… I think one of the wisest things I’ve learned is that I might not get rid of the addiction (or rather, my addictive personality), but I can manage it. I definitely hope both of you are on your path to overcoming it! Much love and support xo
