At the Gym!!…….with my daughter!!
Okay so, we FINALLY get Princess Meagan out of bed and make it to the gym at 1pm. We did warmup on the bike for what was suppose to be 8-10 mins but, she says Im slow, so we raced…lol and ended up doing 20mins of Cardio! lol So, then we stretched and did some leg warm ups, walking lunges, (haha starting kicking her butt) leg lifts w/bands, donkey kicks w/bands, and as Im doing the last set, I hear her go "ah this feels good" so, I look over and she is kneeling next to me fanning herself with the mat!! I said "What are you doing" She said, "I’m working my Arms!" I Love kids, they do keep us young!! She cracks me up! We Finished with our abs! Then went out and finished our legs workout! (workout tracker) Im sure we looked like the keystone cops in the aerobics room with her fanning her self, not to mention us trying to do obliques on the exercise ball and hold each others legs, which was hilarious cause we kept falling off and rolling around on the floor laughing our azzes off!! It was fun! Not, as hard as I wouldve liked it to be, but time with my daughter is far more important and priceless than a hard core training session! i’ll hit it harder tomorrow!! Still a decent leg day though!! ~Beth
now off to record the workout in the tracker!!

More power to you. I couldn’t either of my girls in a gym if I paid them $20… maybe $50!

Laughing so hard can make your abs hurt real bad - so I’m sure you had a great workout anyway
What I really love about the Workout Tracker is here in the beginning where there isn’t any data on previous workouts. Every single workout is "Great" and "New Personal Best". I think I’ll erase the old entries each week so the Workout Tracker will keep cheering me on for my fantastic results!
Have a great day, Beth

Your right…Family first, fitness second….gets hard sometime though, doesn’t it?? Sounds like a great break from the usual gym routine. My son would NEVER go to the gym with me. =)
