			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well i guess it is sunny today but oh so cold..nice if your indoors looking outside.</p>
<p>Well last evening did group power and synergy class. enjoyed them both. Today i am so sore..mm that is what one gets when one is away from them weights to long. Also went and had a spa treatment.. a nice hot stone massage and a paedicure and manicure. Toes are sparkly red of course in time for christmas. This year i even have a Xmas tree compared to the last few years where i was so busy focused with work and exams, it never happened. Still have to put some ornaments up tonight.</p>
<p>After a run outside in the cold i will make apple crisp as my boys are around a couple more days before its back to work again. Survived my last set of nights..but it left me tired as i do 2 sets in a row and never look forward to this part of my rotation. Next week i am going to revamp and do some reflecting of changes to my life next year..</p>
<p>One of them is doing more races wether it is running or triathlons.. have some in mind already.</p>
<p>Also i am going to start swimming earlier and running earlier so i can do a marathong sometime as well..oh yeah am doing one soon &#8230;in jan&#8230;today did some weights with my personal trainer..biceps and triceps and some abs&#8230;</p>
<p>Going to get serious with my diet and get serious with some weight loss as well&#8230;hope you all are having a good sunny day

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well i have had a fun weekend of skiing both downhill on sat and cross country on sunday. Now i know what it feels like for somebody to start out doing cardio. I felt like that doing crosscountry on skate skiis. Wow that is a tough little workout.. my shoulders feel it today..my technique must be a bit wrong im figuring.. Anyhow might check out lessons one day soon. Today did chest and abs as well a spinn class. Am completed tired today &#8230;.</p>
<p>My weigh in was today with measurement..weird i weigh more but measure less..go figure. Lost some inches in my chest and my waist as well in my thighs. So i guess if that is the case than i dont mind weighing a bit more..mind you my second weight in i weighed the same. So take note the weight ins mean not much..could be more muscle..</p>
<p>I did manage to do a short run on friday as well as a group ride class&#8230;</p>
<p>Goal for the week&#8230;tomorrow 1/2 hour of abs class some stretching and see how my shoulder is doing..</p>
<p>If it is not better than a run is in the picture..hopefully there is some sunshine around tomorrow..dont like gray days very much.. hope you guys all had a good weekend and back to the grind&#8230;gotta do some long runs next weekend..staring my 3 hour nights tomorrow so it is back to being kind to myself for the next 3 days&#8230;find i dont do anything anymore when i work nightshifts..will work on eating clean and drinking more water in the next few days&#8230;cheers

Ran the lookout on sunday..and then had a couple of days of work&#8230;and a new grad training class..learning but getting paid while doing so..a bit better than school.

<p>Ran the lookout on sunday..and then had a couple of days of work&#8230;and a new grad training class..learning but getting paid while doing so..a bit better than school. <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Still have some mild flu type symptoms going on..not sure what that is about but hoping it will leave me alone so i can enjoy my days off and the things i have planned. Saturday i have tickets for Jan Arden and i am so looking forward to her concert. Yesterday i did one hour of weights..</p>
<p>I am going to be a bit better this year with consuming my water intake.</p>
<p>Also some other plans are getting into a better weight routine for the winter months..including swimming. Skiing at least once a week on my days off since ihave a pass. The hills in the next town have opened so i plan on making it up to the hills this weekend..hopefully tomorrow if i am feeling better. Today hopefully make it to group ride at noon, which is what i managed to make it to on my birthday before enjoying my dinner out with my boyfriend and my kids..yes ate some pachos at kelly o briens&#8230;</p>
<p>Going to tighten the diet belt as my eating has not been so clean this week..wishing everyone a good week as well&#8230;keep lifting, smiling and eating clean..

<p>It was a bit of a run/walk not to sure why i wasnt in the groove. Got my flu shot on tuesday and wondering if that has much to do with it.. As one thing after another was wrong..sore shin, no zip&#8230;like i had nothing left in me. Mind you i did just finish 2 days / 2 nights so i was perhaps still tired&#8230; It was nice anyways to be out in the crisp fresh air with lake views of kal lake so still&#8230;My arms is still sore on the side i got the flu shot on..whine whine..but it does keep me awake at night as that kind of is the side i sleep on..anyways today and tommorows workout is group ride , not sure about weights yet but mostly likely not today..maybe squats and legs and some stretching after 1/2 hour of running on the treadmill..That is todays goal anyways&#8230;..</p>
<p>Got my kids back until wednesday so it will be busy weekend i suppose &#8230;and want to get a long run in on sunday&#8230;perhaps unless it is snowing to much. I know Big white opens in kelowna for the ski season and the following weekend Silver star will be open&#8230;perhaps cross country skiing might be in the picture for sunday instead than&#8230;</p>
<p>Sigh back to work monday already..hope you all are doing well&#8230;Got some bids on an online auction which ends tuesday evening which is my birthday &#8230;so hoping i will get them &#8230;one is a spa vacation this girl needs a holiday like that next year&#8230;ITS MINE&#8230;.lol enjoy the day.. happy friday.

<p>Yesterday i did my abs class at the gym. just started this week and it is a tough one&#8230;will try and make this a regular part of my routine.It is twice a week for half an hour. Sunday was my 9.5 k run havent ran since, but have done 3 ride classes counting today at noon. In between there i have done two tough weight routines with my personal trainer. Yesterday it was chest and biceps and some squats..and lots of pushups. I was tired after that and had to have a nap in the afternoon not sure if i am coming down with something. My son was home with the cold and cough, achy feeling.. So i went out and bought some cold FX and am taking this to ward off any colds&#8230;Going to try and do a bit of a run my shorter one today after group ride and a bit of a shorter ab routine and stretch after group ride. For now it is off to do some house cleaning..hope everyone has a good weekend&#8230;

<p>Kids are back to my house for the week. So gotta fill up the fridge with some grocerys other wise i dont usually bother to much and eat what i have in the house. Hope you all are training hard and eating clean&#8230;

<p>Yesterday did 100s which was tough at times..doing 100 reps on each body part. Did not manage to get my run in as i had to make dinner and pick up a present for my son who turned 15 today. So today is cardio day in the afternoon. Going to do group ride at noon and some abs and a few other excercises mainly stretching. See how i feel in the afternoon for a run as the sun is shining outside but COLD.. beats rain. Finished my porridge and bananas for day 2 of this diet..hopefully make gains or something in the 3 weeks i am on it.. i will add a bit more to the diet as it is low in calories ..like a protein shake if i do a lot of cardio so i dont hit the wall while doing cardio&#8230;but on the days i am working i should be fine..one day at a time&#8230;get me back on track with the eating anyways..hope you all have a good day as well&#8230;Happy wednesday&#8230;..

Today is my day with the personal trainer so we will do 5os of each body group having done that for awhile. So anticipating some soreness for my workshifts. Back to work on thursday it was so nice to have some days off to rest and relax. Today is also present shopping for my middle son, He turns 15 tomorrow.</p>
<p>Not sure what cardio will be today thinking perhaps my little 5k loop. The rain has ended today so hopefully it stays that way. So far day 1 diet is good. Going to stick my chicken in the oven soon&#8230;</p>
<p>The porridge i did add a wee bit of milk to it&#8230;i know your not suppose to&#8230;had my banana with it and my morning coffee. Off to do some housework and laundry before the gym workout..have a great day all&#8230;happy thoughts</p>

<p>raked leaves and got some yardwork done with the help of my kids..part of the dead cherry tree cut and stacked, in the afternoon. We took the boys out for dinner and i ate well other than the guiness beer i had with dinner.</p>
<p>Sunday had a dump date,,( took cutup cherry tree to the dump), made a canadian tire stop and also an apple stop..got enough apples in the fridge for awhile as well as some spaghetti squash..going to prepare and make this a part of my dinner&#8230;</p>
<p>Went for a long walk, which was suppose to be a run..but a short one&#8230;ended up running with some friends who wanted to do a 10-12 k which i was having no part of so ended up walking half of the route home..my legs where sore. Was a bit tired as well so i didnt quite have the energy to keep up to them..Had one of my kids cupcakes and some wine i shared with my honey which were my cheats pretty much all weekend.</p>
<p>Am starting   a new diet plan today which i might revamp a bit as it is low in calories and i was informed it would leave me tired if i follow it strictly&#8230;so willl see how it goes for a week..</p>
<p>Todays workout is group spinn soon to get rid of all the soreness in my legs without the pounding of running and than a bit of weights ..perhaps some back and abs with a bit of a stretch&#8230;that is the plan to day&#8230;it is raining and very cloudy not much of a day for doing much of anything..my oldest son works a night shift job so icant do to much housework till the afternoon&#8230;my kids are off to school so i pretty much have my afternoon free to play in the gym..have a good work out all and a good diet day as well&#8230;..
