		<title>Happy thursday to all..</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img id="image6285952" alt="running.bmp" src="http://blog.bodybuilding.com/wp-content/blogs/14220/uploads//running.bmp"  /><img id="image6285962" alt="P1010003a.JPG" src="http://blog.bodybuilding.com/wp-content/blogs/14220/uploads//P1010003a.thumbnail.JPG"  />well today was a day off from school so what did i do today..was quite busy.   4 points cardio today  2 points wts and 1 abs workout  = 7 points</p>
<p>It was teacher conference for the youngest. A meeting right after at the university for our community project.</p>
<p>This morning i was at the gym for a bit. Did my spinn class first thing. Than i also did my one hour of triceps/ back and abs. My personal trainer took some photos. So i will post those when i can find my cord for downloading the photos.</p>
<p>After my meeting at about 4sh i went for a one hour hard run. For me it is a hard run chasing the man, his speed.It was so much fun. Than we said our good byes shortly thereafter. Basically like eat and run that phrase it was run and run. Sigh he is going to vancouver tomorrow to take his family to a football game, his son is turning 16 tomorrow. He will be back saturday and spending sat evening and sunday night with me. Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada. We are doing the half marathon, actuelly i am. He is doing the full marathon. So that ought to be interesting for me, to see what my time is.</p>
<p>After the marathon i have tickets for pamper your palette. Where different restuarants prepare tasty snacks as well as local winerys have samples and you can eat and drink as much as you want. So will dress up and go. If i cant afford to eat after a half than i guess i cant ever.Mind you my clean eating is not up to par here lately&#8230;.damn black forest cake over the weekend..yes i indulged to much&#8230;not good not good. Yes i had an early one for me for my birthday.. and of course one for my man..eek i am admitting this. Than the other day i had 3 cookies on the drive home as i was so busy the past few days driving back and forth&#8230;&#8230;so my clean eating is not so clean. ashamed but fully recognizing this&#8230;</p>
<p>Had a great time over the weekend we went and saw cheryl crowe she was amazing. As well the opening was a canadian singer..out of canada   blue rodeo&#8230;very good as well&#8230;On saturday went to see a comedy&#8230;the harley guy. hilarious i laughed my ass off. not sure where 2 hours of laughing fits in to the point system must count something for the soul.</p>
<p>Sunday it was critiquing my article on my bum all day typing away. Went out for dinner with the man and his 2 kids&#8230;It was a nice dinner&#8230;I think the man enjoyed his quiet day lazing around. ( group ACTIVITY&#8230; birthday meal) with the kids&#8230;and the man.     excercise was for the week gotta think back here&#8230;</p>
<p>last friday &#8230;.paulettes training did biceps and back and abs. wt was 150.5   2 points  + 1 point</p>
<p>Saturday did spinn and group power&#8230;2 hrs worth.   cardio 2 points  wts 2 points</p>
<p>sunday and monday day off  sigh essay writing and studying for an exam on tuesday.</p>
<p>Tuesday was spinn class and group power 2 hours..  2 points cardio   2 points weights</p>
<p>Wednesday was spinn class only&#8230;&#8230; i hr   2 points cardio</p>
<p>Tomorrow i am planning on doing spinn class and some abs&#8230;.</p>
<p>Saturday will be spinn and group power&#8230;.. and sunday the half marathon&#8230;monday will be my rest day&#8230;in between there have a huge essay to write and hand in on wednesday &#8230;.sigh gotta start this&#8230;..</p>
<p>Now to tally up my points&#8230;.and see what i did which counted. My teacher in wednesday class always starts her classes with meditation which is kind of cool. She is so good at it&#8230;starts the class all relaxed.</p>
<p>My car is back not to serious &#8230;but still costly enough ..it happened to be a part of the muffler making all that racket&#8230;</p>
<p>Ok gotta see how many new friends i made so far this week&#8230;.and blogs i responded to ..not as many as i wanted too that is for sure&#8230;.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let me see what is new&#8230;car is back in the shop this morning. So that postpones that bike for this year..Sigh.</p>
<p>We have had georgeous weather here the last couple of weeks. School is getting more stressful as the work is piling up again with having to do community work as well. So putting extra hours in for that last week. Assignements are starting to be due soon as well. So will have to stop enjoying the hours put into my gym life and cut it back a bit. Which i dont like doing. It is the mans birthday this weekend so i will be spoiling him rotten. Ordered a big black forest cake for saturday.</p>
<p>We are also going to see Cheryl Crowe on friday evening. Love that girl..She knows how to sing and she is such a strong person inside and out ..beautiful.</p>
<p>Well my learning for the week is this which i will share with you guys today. We were learning about sugar and artificial sugar. Its best to go with the natural kind vs. artificial. Apparantly Splenda the kind you bake with has chlorine added to it. Hmm makes me rethink this . Is Chlorine really a good thing for the body? Stevia is the best to use apparanlty but it does lower testosterone levels in males.  So ithink if i need sugar will stick with the natural one or use honey and applesauce. Use less than you will be safe. Just writing up a critique on energy drinks and high school or college kids high usage. That is the topic i decided to chose. As my oldest son has started buying it and i wanted to know more about. He says kids in his class buy and drink more than one can a day. Anyone have more information on this topic.</p>
<p>Well my workouts are going ok. Took yesterday off but went for a long hike. Which included a lot of stairs going up. No i did not run them up. Today i will go to the gym later do grup power and group ride. Hope you guys are well and counting all the points. My good deed was given my teacher an apple. Hows that&#8230;for a small start&#8230;.

<p>Well today is my workout with my personal trainer. So we do shoulders/ back/ biceps. I managed to buy some spinn shoes that have the cleats on them over the weekend. Gotta get the equipment for my new bike. As well got a bike helmet&#8230;mine is old.  So i wore my new shoes in Ride class&#8230; was hard to click on but other wise about the same didnt notice much different in the workout. Also did some stretching and some abs. In the evening after the man came home we went and ran the look out but i only ran about 10k than i walked the rest. Got tired of my nose running. Think it was the rainy weather we had yesterday. Tuesday took the day off as i had late classes and wednesday afternoon did a spinn class as well. So i want to get into the gym more this weekend and maybe after my meeting might go do a hot yoga session. Gotta plan these things ahead of time other wise not much will happen. So i loved the new contest sounds wonderful. The points for running a half dont equal to the one running 5ks so can we count them as 4-5ks and make more points. LOL just giving you guys a hardtime. Well here is my picture on sundays peak to beak race. iT WAS APPARANTLY 18KS&#8230;.my time was 2h 12. It was a lot of hills at the very end&#8230;

<p>I think the more time we spend together the more we know we are totally in sync. Yes the kids are ok with me even his ex thinks i am ok as she sat with us watching the boys play soccer. It is nice to know the ex wife thinks i am ok. Good feeling as i would like to start things off on a right note..</p>
<p>Well i did group ride and then did hot yoga friday evening so was pretty beat that night. Hot yoga is so tough but i believe so good for you for stretching&#8230;90 minutes of stretch and relax&#8230;will try and do it at least every 2 weeks as i quite enjoy the challenge.</p>
<p>On saturday went for a bike ride just to get our race packets for sundays race and oranges and bought my own helmet for the bike&#8230;which i will put a delay on purchasing till after christmas as i decided to buy ski passes instead for my kids for the winter.. Cant ride a bike all winter anyways so my my next bursary will use some money for that if i receive one at Xmas.</p>
<p>Bought some new shoes for spinn class which i will hopefully try out soon..hopefully tomorrow morning and see how i like them. So some accesories are slowly being bought for the bike..Have been doing a bit more looking around at the different bikes. Still like my pink bike in Penticton..see if it is still around in a few months.</p>
<p>My 17k run was pretty tough with a down hill course to start then flat through kelowna, across the bridge and then some grunting climbs through a park into an uphill road along the lake. We ran to a winery which really proceeded to be uphill all the way.. Beautiful views along the whole run. Not to fair to see them all partying up at the top while you where at the bottom. My time was not all that great but made it there with no music and running not to badly really for never having ran that far. My legs are not to bad today as well. Calves a little sore. Just like pixi up and off for a bike ride today in the trails borrowing my mans sons mountain bike. I love it and have borrowed it a few times now. Want me a nice mountain bike as well&#8230;not to greedy eh/&#8230;</p>
<p>Well i spend so much time with him that it is tough to go from all weekend to not seeing him for a few days but i guess my homework has to get done somehow..</p>
<p>I also am keeping my personal trainer for working out once a week she absolutely does a good one hour workout what ever part i choose to do that doesnt hurt at the time i am working out. We did a great bicep/ chest and shoulder workout on thurseday then managed to do a group power workout as well. So these photos and measurement are from last thurseday. Lost a whole lb&#8230;not sure where as my measurements are up a bit&#8230;but what ever.</p>
<p>Not to worried..Did eat pizza 2 slices AFTER  the 2 hr 12 minute run.. but i guess i burned it off running so all in all i am happy and still so  much in love&#8230;..my feet hasnt come down yet&#8230; i know you guys get tired of listening to this but i tell yah life is so good for me&#8230;so i cant keep this feeling inside me&#8230;hope you guys are well&#8230;.

So i am excited. Hate the feeling of having to rush. Suppose to be a beautiful weekend. Yeah i am doing my run on Sunday. As well spending the weekend out there getting to know his nice family. Ok his 2 boys. New concept for me so a little stressed as of course i would like them to like me. Very helpful in a relationship.</p>
<p>Otherwise just going to enjoy the peace and quiet of not having to run around in getting housework and lunches done. Maybe catch up on all my readings&#8230;Still plugging away at the gym. Yesterday did a spinn class. Classes ended to late to do much more. Hope you guys are all well&#8230;Bring on the new challenge&#8230;

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok that was not suppose to post AS I WAS NOT FINISHED BLOGGING. Oh well. Think i had a good week of working out. Monday after school. I went for a long beautiful bike ride in the park in kelowna. Which is closer to where i go to school than coming home. So i stayed with the man overnight. It was such a nice break i dont know why i dont do it more often. It was a great day sunny. We decided to so the stairs thereafter which is about a 10 min jog from his house.Well let me tell you the work out from running these stairs was amazing. There called stairway to heaven. They i believe have 7 sets of them and we did them 6-7 times up and down. Then the man made me amazing chicken and rice. His special recipe while i had a shower. Boy that was a good date&#8230;.</p>
<p>The next day i could only do a spinn class and also did a group power class. My calves were not so impressed. Well it is decision time about having another set of personal trainers appointments. Next week is my final one. On thurseday i worked with her and oh my god my triceps and chest were put through a challenging workout. So by friday my calves still hurt. Managed to do another spinn class and some abs. Yesterday i decided to try a free hot yoga class with a friend who always goes. This is in the next town though in kelowna. Well that is some little tough class. She found it quite easy. I really loved it and enjoyed it a lot.Hmm how to fit this into the program. So drop in rate for this is 10 dollars as a student. So we will see if i can squeeze it in my program perhaps a couple times a month. My body is sore this morning. As well pulled out the painting equipment and am trying to put a coat of paint on the walls for my office so i can move this laptop off the kitchen table and the books out of my closet so i can put my clothes away decently. Boy i can hardly wait for having this done. It looks like where constantly moving things around.</p>
<p>Since i moved my middle child downstairs i have been taking stuff up and down the stairs. As well trying to toss things out and give old clothes and toys away to the salavation army. So that has prevented me from blogging much here. Sorry will check out my friends see how their week has gone. Beautiful sunny day here.. looking froward to a new challenge sincethe last onedidnt go so well for me. Have a happy sunny sunday y&#8217;alll&#8230;
