Well i have had a fun weekend of skiing both downhill on sat and cross country on sunday. Now i know what it feels like for somebody to start out doing cardio. I felt like that doing crosscountry on skate skiis. Wow that is a tough little workout.. my shoulders feel it today..my technique must be a bit wrong im figuring.. Anyhow might check out lessons one day soon. Today did chest and abs as well a spinn class. Am completed tired today ….
My weigh in was today with measurement..weird i weigh more but measure less..go figure. Lost some inches in my chest and my waist as well in my thighs. So i guess if that is the case than i dont mind weighing a bit more..mind you my second weight in i weighed the same. So take note the weight ins mean not much..could be more muscle..
I did manage to do a short run on friday as well as a group ride class…
Goal for the week…tomorrow 1/2 hour of abs class some stretching and see how my shoulder is doing..
If it is not better than a run is in the picture..hopefully there is some sunshine around tomorrow..dont like gray days very much.. hope you guys all had a good weekend and back to the grind…gotta do some long runs next weekend..staring my 3 hour nights tomorrow so it is back to being kind to myself for the next 3 days…find i dont do anything anymore when i work nightshifts..will work on eating clean and drinking more water in the next few days…cheers
