Was a busy weekend..went to a funeral for my nephew which was a little sad as he was only 28 and died in an avalanche. Saw some family members on my exs side i havent seen in years. So it was emotional to go through wether they would still accept you or not. It was good and i was glad i went. This young man was so much fun and loved life. Sad to see somebody die so young. Makes you love your kids that much more.

On a brighter note..the man and i have been dating over a year now…Things are so good. He is my soulmate and my best friend. So if people say internet dating doesnt work i say differently..You just gotta look four times as hard and not settle for the first date or the 100th one either… settle for what makes you feel good. I have to say that i never knew it was possible to meet somebody that met all aspects of a person…physical, emotional and sexual. It is so nice to have him in my life for play time and somemoments of sadness where he is just there supporting me all the way.

I have started my training this weekend..my new coach doesnt know how he got the job lol. Boy he can be as tough as my personal trainer…We started out running about 8ks…and up some hills to start. This is only my second time outside running.. We did the stairway to heaven…3 flights as i am just starting out. Went home and did some abs and got ready for a bike ride…yes it is tougher then any spinn class i have ever been in.. So off to do a bit of mountain biking which turned into road biking …close to 2 pm come along and i was dragging my ass in the door…i would say that was good for the second time out..of course the man was just getting going…and could ride his bike all day….

Today it is sunny and writing papers and studying for my last exam for school…so that is mainly this weeks agenda with a run on tuesday outside ..otherwise it is spinn classes and weights every day in the gum  .I have the meeting on wednesday that i was waiting for so will see how that goes…Wish me luck…..Wont worry about it to much…

Well i did a group power class yesterday and went back for a spinn class in the evening. Today is my first swim lesson so we will see how it feels to be in the pool. /Guess time to get my feet wet..

It is so nice and sunny today..might go out and do a small run today on kekuli lookout. My first one outside for the season…See how far i can make it. Things are always so busy around here and time flys so quickly. Thanks Vt and pixi for your support it is nice to have BB friends…wishing everyone a good workout day..Happy wednesday…

Well i have been gone for a bit..Just busy with school and working. Also been trying to get up on them hills for some good skiing. Went up yesterday and it was so sunny but the runs were quite icy but none the less when it got warmer it was still good skiing. By the end of the day i was tired from it all.

Still working out in the gym as much as possible maybe not my hard core self but it will come back soon. Guess i have to register today for the beginning of tri training the swim part starts wednesday and sunday evening.Gotta start sometime since i signed up for a half iron man in Osoyoos July 12th. Keep my eye open for a pink road bike. Went out on thurseday and found a couple in the bike shop but a bit out of my price range at the moment. Ok students just dont get paid well.

Finished up my last preceptorship and waiting to meet with the manager on the OR floor. I want to do my next practicum in the OR. Not sure why i have to wait for this interview. But that is what i am doing waiting today for a phone call. Hoping it is because of figuring out how interested i am in the or and working there after. Perhaps it is so they offer me the chance to go to school and take the course. Waiting is never fun.

So in the meantime it is sunny. I have laundry to do and some studying today as well a spinn class at noon.

Next weekend is the anniversary of the man and I. We have dated a whole year. It is still really good. Some unemployment his way so he might be going back to school as well. How ironic i finish and he starts. So hopefully things will work out for him. Hoping everyone is all right in the body building world… and will check up on you guys here this week…since i am waiting…..
