Well i did the kal park run last sunday. Im sure somebody moved a few hills. That was a challenge. Made it through with a time of 1 hr 12 min i believe. The man of course did it in less time i believe 49 minutes or such. Yes i will work on the pace next year when i am not in school anymore. Feeling kind of tired these days and wishing i had more time to do everything i would like. When will it end lol.
Patience is what i need. Well this week i am working a few shifts to make some money to pay my morgage. sigh.It is our study break week so i also have an assignment due on wednesday which i will have to work on somewhere in between my work schedule. Today i got back from group ride and group power. My weights are lagging this week with this being my first workout with weights. Have managed to squeeze in group ride on mon, tues, thur and today. So i feel like i am not putting in as much effort as i want to be able to. School is getting busy and it is getting darker out earlier. Which is hard on a girl that likes her sunshine. Well i am off to visit the man pretty soon…maybe do a bke ride or go for a walk. Hope you guys are well..By the way madonna in Vancouver was awesome and so was Lenny Kravitz. I had a blast going to these concerts. Catch up on your blogs soon..
By the way does anyone have a healthy nuitritious recipe for my class. It is my birthday on monday nov 17th and wanted to bring a low fat version of chocolate cake perhaps made with soy product…Any ideas would be appreciated??? Since it is my birthday i wanted it to be kind of birthday like.. Any ideas will be great…
