Ok confession time…

My confession is that it is hard to do so many spinn classes in a row my seat and ect. are getting a little sore.

So i will carry on as they say no pain no gain..not sure if it includes the tender parts.

Day 4 of spinn tomorrow if i can move as today i worked out legs and did my leg press. 365 lbs that is all our gym has. As well many many squats. So hopefully will be sore tomorrow.

 Just taking a break from painting… my car gets a check up tomorrow… then laying down the laminate in the evening.

Work starts again on sat 2 days 2 nights….my holidays are over soon….not much sunshine. Have to resort to tanning indoors..all for looking brown…in my bikini end of august..gotta whip my body into decent shape..nyhow hope all is well with yah girls and boys that were brave to join us in the contest babys got back,,stay strong.

///yes juls the sun is coming back slowly..no man around till the sunday but am staying busy….sigh thats what happens when you date somebody an hour away……

Well did my spinn class yesterday and today. Yesterday did my workout with the trainer and got a good burn on the chest and shoulders. Even though my PT said you cant work those together i said why not. So we did..LOL yes my arms were sore..towards evening. Think their kind of in the same area. Tomorrow will have a leg day with the PT.

Today did group power were you do each body part so got my workout in the last few days. My eating has been ok i feel. Not really any cheats. Did end up in a thai restuarant but we ordered one meal of chicken and spinach with a bit of peanut sauce ( think that was what was high in calories) but only had a little bit. The day today was ok eating. Feeling a little down but hopefully my mood will improve a bit tomorrow. Not sure why…is it the weather or what??

Tomorrow am taking the boys for ice cream and started redoing the room that got flooded last summer. so maybe its off to bed early tonight to sand tomorrows walls. The weather has changed and it is not beach weather…Sigh

Forced to finish off my sons room. My car also needs to be tuned up sounds like a sewing machine. Guess i better make an appointment tomorrow as well to have it looked at..The things to do list gets longer instead of shorter. Back to work on Saturday….Hopefully that room will be laminated and painted by then……hope you guys are all doing well and eating clean…………

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a busy one myself. I was a good girl with my eating. I didnt really eat anything bad but did have a glass of white wine with dinner last evening.It just went hand in hand with the weekend i had. I was watching the beau do a triatholon was so impressed with him. The swim part looks so tough. The run and bike i probably could do with somemore training. I am dibbling on doing one in 2010 in my home town were i grew up. This is in Osoyoos a beautiful small town. They have a half iron man there. Might decide to split it up but will think on it a bit more. I was impressed as the man then in the evening did a 5 k run with me as well. Last evening even though he was a tad tired. Of course he kicked my ass…

We had a good meal with him having steak and me having my salad with shrimp, a scoop of rice and some 8 bean salad. Didnt eat to well with bars (kashi and chocolate protein bar) with some fruit in the morning. But all in all i did well. Saturday evening we went out for dinner. We stayed in a hotel with a themes room in the town we were at about an hour and a bit away from vernon. I had bid on a hotel room on an online auction so we stayed there with my 2 boys. It was my first day of holidays. Yeah me….

I had salmon with steamed vegtables and a salad while everyone had pizza. Which i dont really eat anyhow. Had a salad with tuna and vegtables for lunch. For breakfast i had an Armaggedon prework out drink which i am trialing. Seems to really work. Has anyone tried it at all??? It tastes like a dream sicle..Suppose to increase your energy before a workout…

Well i am up early which is amazing..ate my cottage cheese and fruit in a cup. Love those and eat them often. Ate well on friday…We had some omelettes for dinner with the kids….So i think my only indulgence was my glass of wine with my dinner….My calories i think were low for sat and sunday..

Today i am off to do a spinn class at 9sh and them going to workout with my PT at three today and wednesday. Usually i have her for once a week but i am on holidays so its spoil suzy week…….

Challenge 1– Last Man Standing

Rules for Last Man Standing- This is designed to be a three week challenge,,,, (this will vary for each person, but it should be something challenging to you so you can meet goals of losing body fat, weight or inches)  We recommend it is healthy, filled with good protein, complex carbs and losts of green veggies and water!  Each person will be given one cheat per week… it can be no more than 600 calories and must be consumed in a one hour time period (ie, do not eat two snickers bars - two times through the week….but you can eat them both in one sitting) If you cheat beyond this or go outside of these parameters, you are done with this leg of the challenge… (don’t lose heart, you still have challenge #2 to be working on).

How we will determine the winner…. “winner.” We are on the honor system. If you cheat you must PM lovejones596 post the rankings each Saturday, so you know who is still in the challenge. 

I will be a winner in my own mind. I am goiing to try to drop 5lbs and remain there in this challenge by eating clean.

Special considerations: If you do the three weeks and chose NOT to take the extra 600 calories you will rank ahead of those that use the cheat option. SO if you you can eat clean for three weeks with NO cheat… WILL work on no cheats for the first week……and see how it goes..I have a week off so should be able to do this…

CHALLENGE #2 - BABY GOT BACK! (thanks JJfit for the cool name — if you are doing this challenge you need to do challenge #1 as well - this runs for 6 weeks)

Rules: This is designed to work on improvements on the backside of your body

My goal is to work on improving my Arms, Biceps and Back and Shoulder. As well i will be training and doing hill repeats for a half marathon in october. So I will work on doing more runs in the future and incorporating hill repeats once a week. Have the hill picked out so far have not started goal to do this on sundays…

Pictures, Inches, weight, and fat% can be used…. WILL POST MEASUREMENT TODAY AFTER MY FIRST WORKOUT

GOING TO WORK OUT WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER…BACK AND BICEPS….WOO HOO

Well i have survived my long work days. 3 nights and 3 days.. i did manage to workout on the 3 days..somehow wether it was walking / running. All weekend i was busy with the kids and my man and cleaning house. I did a 3 hr workout friday, 2.5 hrs on sat and yesterday i ran walked the kekuli lookout. Ok i supported my man on his run. It was like 2 pm so very hot..35 degrees out. How he can run in that heat is beyond me…he truly is inspirational to me. I think that his determination and love for the sport is so inspirational. Well today i am off to do group ride and group power..new release today …dunk tanks and bbqs and winning baskets…sounds like a party at the gym. We went to the beach yesterday and watched Walle with the kids…Its so much fun to be in love….

I feel like im 20 AGAIN… i really have a lot of fun with the dating thing…ok it is quite serious with a fun twist…we are so compatible and never fight at all..He definitely is my soul mate.. so for all you guys settling for a man or partner..my word of advice dont… find the right one and until then … just wait and do what makes you happy and the right one will come along….Ok i know its hard when there are so many wrong ones out there.. i have dated my fair share of them also..but i have always put myself my kids and my workouts first… never the man…perhaps that is why i have been single for so many years.. 8 years since i have been divorced.

I have grown in those 8 years and know what i want in a partner…..i have my list …make a list … if the man doesnt fit all 50 things then he is the wrong one…. never give up in looking as well…..

Sorry for the ramblings that are not much related to excercise. I look forward to a new challenge soon from my fluffer friends…bring on another contest…….

So for you guys here it is. Will post my bikini photos in a month. Never actuelly had any photos done on that day. To say the least cheerleading and bringing water after driving for 3.5 hours after working nights did me in. So sorry if i let you guys down. Will get photos in august when my man does his Iron man. Did a workout today triceps and shoulders with my personal trainer and another beautiful lady in her late 50,s looking as hot as ever. Quite the privelidge. Was a wee tad hungry and so of course i over ate tonight. Oh well i guess i will chalk it up to a cheat day and do better tomorrow. Working 3 days and just got done 3 nights yesterday. So that i am still up is amazing. Yes 12 hours to boot. For juls stress eating is hard to break. So i commend you most heartly that you didnt do this. I usually cave and wind up sorry about it. Dont be so hard on yourself numbers are numbers only…keep at it. Bring on a new contest girl…..

Sunday ..where did friday go

Well its been a long and tough week. Was kind of sick for 2 days when i should have been at work. Workouts were ok when i could do them. This working for a living is cutting into my gym time.

Managed to get in a 10 k run, and cardio of 1.5 hours which includes spinn and the stepper. As well cardio and a little bit of weights yesterday. Weighed myself yesterday. Scale said i am 149 lbs. So didnt manage to lose any weight at all.

As well there are no photos of me in my suit. The best i can do is the man coming out of his suit. Well the day started out cloudy and i was needless to say tired. i promise one for the end of August to all my many fans. This time i will get serious in losing some weight bring on the next challenge. I think a bootie one is the best one next…My bootie needs to be kicked into high gear..Let me see got one more night shift left then one week of no night shifts. What was i thinking when i said yes to all of those ones anyways…

I have had a good workout week. Not my usual week. Only fitting in either cardio or weights and not both. Have had kids and no time off since i got done my nursing preceptorship on sunday morning. The eating was not as clean with a couple of drinks on sunday to celebrate finishing off third year. Monday it was back to work as a undergrad or student nurse.

So i had to do a qquick turn around with kids at home this week. My man was out to see me as well all week in the evening.Actuelly he has done two runs with me and a walk this week. So it was a nice thing. I also did a swim twice when i went to the beach this week. Yes it is finally hot. Went on sunday and Tuesday after my jog. Tuesday was Canada day so the gym was closed much of the weekend. I also ended up partaking in one spinn class on wednesday and yesterday did some weights with the personal trainer back and biceps. Today i think it caught up with me today as i had a 3 hour nap after work but then i am doing two shifts. I did my day shift today till 230 and am working a 10 hr night on my days off tonight and tomorrow night. It is at an extended care facility so the day is done for any workouts. Sunday after work in the  morning i am watching my man do a half ironman in the hometown i grew up in. So i am stoked as i was going to meet him at the end in my bikini will post photos and stats then. To night i am just wishing fellow defluffers a good week and some comments. I hope all is well. Sorry i have not been good lately with my comments but will hopefully do better with that as well. Happy 4th of july.. enjoy the fireworks…….stay safe.
