Happy WEdnesday ..hope all is well with all the fellow fluffers
WEll survived my 3 shifts there are 8 more to go. Well that doesnt sound like a lot. Hmmm I am learning so much as we have not been doing these skills for so long. I am using my brain could that be why i am hungrier LOL. Ok the stress of it all and i wound up eating 2 cinnamon buns this morning. After i did so well.. I didnt make it for the run on my first day after work. Kids had issues when i got home after my shift but managed a run the next day for lunch and coffe with the man. Yesterday i did weights for an hour an a half. So i felt i did ok. I guess i needed one day off as a rest day anyways.
Other then my huge cheat meal after my nights this morning. My eating was good. But its a done deal and time to move on. I am off to the gym shortly to do weights with my personal trainer and to do some cardio. Was thinking of a run outside as i found my run monday a bit hard to do. So we will see how far i can go today. Since it is my morning i will try and do at least 10ks ….enjoy the evening all .

If you need some motivation to run picture each cinamin bun on your….yep, you guessed it. Your buns. lol!

I felt a bit guilty about my indulgence last week, too, but as the fluffers say - own it and move on!! Plus with your insane shifts and runs, you surely burned it off!! You’re doing awesome, my friend, keep up the great work and loving energy!!

I love how you said, it is a done deal and time to move on. That’s so right and so healthy for your mentality. I am going to keep that bit of advice. I know all about eating from work stress, but I am convinced we can stop it now that we are aware of it. Way to go on fitting your workouts in too! Best Wishes to you and have a great weekend.

8 more to go… you can do it girl! Way to work the brain. That is just as important as your body. And a days rest is always good, both mentally and physically. Keep it up girl. You’re doing great.
