happy saturday

suzysunshine

Well I managed to get an hour of weights and about half an hour of cardio today. Yesterday i did a spinn class and a one hour personal training session. We worked on biceps and back. As well i managed to try to get some abdominals in each time i go to the gym since i am trying to develope a six pack. Tomorrow i am starting my first 12 hour shift. Soo it willbe interesting. It is my clinical preceptorship. I will be working 11-12 hour shifts. Then 3rd year of nursing is done. Yippee.

So in order to succeed i will have to plan my lunches as well as plan my workouts. See how it goes. Tomorrow i plan on doing a short 5k run…Hopefully i will have enough energy to do this…TODAY I AM TAKING KIDDIES TO SEE Indiana Jones.

Seeing my man tonight as well. So i am so happy…

hope you had a great time with the kiddos and a wonderful time with your man.

If you can plan what your workouts and food will be for the week, it keeps slipping up to a minimum.

Good luck with your 12 hour shifts-only 11 more to go. whoopie!

Way to go this week! Your progress pic looks great and next week will be even better! You can do this–planning is key. Write it all down and make a plan on how you will follow through with it. Be well and eat clean!

You’re looking great! Planning meals is always the key to success. If I’m going to be out for the day I really try to pack as many meals as I will need, it really helps keep the bad choices to a minimum. Good luck with the 12 hour shifts. Have a great week!
