Well my defluffing is slow at coming along not sure if some of it is stress or my body just going from days to nights. Anyways i keep at it…I had a good weekend and went for a jog on saturday and then for one on monday evening before my son graduated from grade7. So i have been consistent. I did take wednesday evening off as a rest day after my first day shift but had done workouts all weekend. So i felt that it was ok to take the day off. I work 12 hours and am on my feet most of the time anyways. So i have some photos i took yesterday will try and download them when i wake up. Hope all the other defluffers girls are doing well. I had a weight gain of 1.5 lbs yesterday but im still ok with that. I did a spinn class and did some weights, abs and checked out some of the new equipment in the gym with the personal trainer.

She measured me and took these photos. Will post the measurements as well..off to bed now..cheerio

Well i AM DONE MY NIGHTSHIFTS YIPPEE.  2 evenings off and then 2 more nights but as a worker. Means i am working for cash…so working in between my sets as a student. Unfortunantly i do this for most of the next couple of weeks but will try and pack a lunch and eat healthy and try to get my gym time in as it is the only way to survive a brutal schedule. I wont tell you what it is like but a peak into it shows a day and 5 nights in a row with a sleep day and 2 more. So girls if you dont hear from me i am literal close to death…

Its like my own little work marathon..so then i am slowingdown after this set. Think that counts as excercise?

My man is doing a half iron man in osoyoos where i grew up so i am going to watch him this is where i say is the gathering of the exs and me in my bikini at the finish line lol. Hopefully i will look decent or the plan will change to a one piece. it is on the 6th of july. My parents live there as well. I am staying in a motel as i only have the one day and a bit off and have to drive a long way to make it there to watch him go through the finish line. I am very proud of him and look so forward to this. Will post pictures of me in the bikini as i am buying a new one. So this ought to make me try and workout even harder the next few days. Today i am going for a jog trying to get more running in. It used to drop the weight on the bottom end of things where i like to accumulate it. So the next three days i will be running a 10, 5 and a 12 k run. Not sure if the man is coming out this weekend but hopefully on sunday i will see him. It is my youngest sons soccer so i am planning on joggin or walking down to the field he is at which is quite a ways away from my house. I just got up from nights so it should be ok. Nomatter how i get there its still like 20ks there and back total. Get to watch his games all weekend, my middle son has baseball as well. They are at the exs this weekend. My middle son is graduating from grade 7 on monday so that will be fun to see his ceremony. Hopefully we have some nice weather.. beach weather would be awesome. Would love to lay around and do nothing…..i love summer. so like pixi it is my favorite season…..hence the nic name…Well sorry girls i am just rambling here. I did an ok week i got a 3 hr workout in again. a good 2 runs. One was even the lookout after my 12 hour shift and a workout for an hour, on the second dayshift. So i was really impressed. I did my 3 hrs on the turnaround shift from days to nights. Took yesterday off so back at it today. I didnt measure but will do it next friday. Aunt flow came to visit as well so i wont measure. I get a little bloated. The scale wont see me either till next friday. So i will post pictures and measurements.

I went for a short run with my son following on his bike.. Hes my new running buddy. I also went to the gym and did some abs and some triceps/ biceps and shoulders. Didnt make it to the weight area yesterday. I think it was my tired day..but i managed to do a spinn class.

On thurseday i did an hour of cardio. Cant remember if i did weights. I think i did a group power class. Each day i have managed to do something. On my sleep day on Wednesday i did a 3 hr workout then my man surprised me by coming out to see me. Well i decided to go home and have a bath needless to say i was pretty smelly im sure. As he made it to my house sometime earlier on his bike. Surprise a smelly tired girl to greet him..just what he was expecting im sure.

Well i am going to try paddling tomorrow. So i am expecting sunshine… We are doing a lesson to review the stroked as i havent been since last year and my man hasnt tried before. TodAY I ATE A CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE…I made the kids and the man some ..of course i also have to try one.

I make the best cookies around… Well i weighed myself and took some photos but decided only to post one photo from a smoky eye party…bedroom eyes. I never wear make up only mascara. Now i know why… took me longer then a workout to take the eye make up off again. LOL ok well that is all for my post today..Happy Happy fathers day tomorrow..dont forget dear old dad……..

WEll survived my 3 shifts there are 8 more to go. Well that doesnt sound like a lot. Hmmm I am learning so much as we have not been doing these skills for so long. I am using my brain could that be why i am hungrier LOL. Ok the stress of it all and i wound up eating 2 cinnamon buns this morning. After i did so well.. I didnt make it for the run on my first day after work. Kids had issues when i got home after my shift but managed a run the next day for lunch and coffe with the man. Yesterday i did weights for an hour an a half. So i felt i did ok. I guess i needed one day off as a rest day anyways.

Other then my huge cheat meal after my nights this morning. My eating was good. But its a done deal and time to move on. I am off to the gym shortly to do weights with my personal trainer and to do some cardio. Was thinking of a run outside as i found my run monday a bit hard to do. So we will see how far i can go today. Since it is my morning i will try and do at least 10ks ….enjoy the evening all .

Well I managed to get an hour of weights and about half an hour of cardio today. Yesterday i did a spinn class and a one hour personal training session. We worked on biceps and back. As well i managed to try to get some abdominals in each time i go to the gym since i am trying to develope a six pack. Tomorrow i am starting my first 12 hour shift. Soo it willbe interesting. It is my clinical preceptorship. I will be working 11-12 hour shifts. Then 3rd year of nursing is done. Yippee.

So in order to succeed i will have to plan my lunches as well as plan my workouts. See how it goes. Tomorrow i plan on doing a short 5k run…Hopefully i will have enough energy to do this…TODAY I AM TAKING KIDDIES TO SEE Indiana Jones.

Seeing my man tonight as well. So i am so happy…

I did a lot of squats and more squats…sore a bit today so i know i did a good push in the legs. Day off. Hanging out at home to buy some Cheryl Crowe tickets..yep im a big concert junkie fan…

I even have madonna tickets and lenny kravitz tickets for october. So now add to my list and the fall looks like a whole lot of fun. One has to have things to look forward to. Today i am working out with my personal trainer at lunch time. Think it is back and biceps today. Cardio will be a run i guess. I have so much on my to do list. Never a dull moment at suzys house. Hope you girl are doing well in your working out. Yes forgot to say i did do abs as well and more abs….My personal trainer put it on my program 3 times a week. I think i developed more definition on my abs by doing weighted crunches on the ball whick i incorportated into my program last summer. It has helped develope more muscles in that area. So i guess that is the big change i have noted. I was comparing my stats from 2006. They are quite close to measurments and i know i have more muscle definition and have also been in a nursing program. So today i will be proud that i have not regressed in that area..its be good to myself two days off. My man and I are hooking up tomorrow evening. So i am excited to see him again. He really makes me happy the past two months and i have fallen for the man.. big time.

It is so nice to have somebody in my life. It has been many years since i have felt this to this level. I know i am deeply blessed…and everything else is so much better in my life now…sunny days ahead……………..have a good friday all the fluffers in the challenge……………………….the future ahead is so much better with a group of girls like you all.. you are the fabulous friends i have found on this fun filled journey to find some future fantastic hot fabbbbbbbbbbbbbbs or was it abbbbbsssssssss.

Deja vu think i tryed this before…but try and leave comments on here. Today i am tired. I think my week and all the nights has caught up with me. No excercise today.. my youngest got enough for me and i did do a lot of stairs today at work. I spent the afternoon getting my sons bike to kal beach where he was doing a minitriatholon he signed up for. Thought it was so cute and i am so proud of him. Time was 42 minutes and he came in 4th in his grade 6 division. Hopefully he caught the buggggggggggg.

Tomorrow is my last day with the wound care nurse. Than i have 2 days off before i start my next perceptorship on the medical floor. 150 hrs then i am done year 3. I am looking forward to not having to do any paperwork involved for a couple of months. Hopefully a good nights sleep and my energy is back. sigh to much eating as well…..fluffing the wrong way…..

Well here are my uploads and the start to the contest.

Photos takend on sunday….hopefully we will see major changes. I will go with the measurements from the thursday.

Managed to do spinn and group power class. Trying to watch what i eat. Been kind of busy to really count and add up calories will do that next week. Busy with my clinical rotation, kids and trying to balance my gym workouts. So i am more aware of what i am eating. Trying to keep it clean.

My goal is to be lighter and more defined in the abs and everywhere… to see my muscles popping out.

Thanks girls for the challenge. Will visit your blogs later this evening or tomorrow. Off to do some cardio .. another spinn class….enjoy the evening

Hi fellow fluffers

Ok its on thanks juls and tlc and pixi for the welcome comments. you know this is a great challenge for me as well.

I am hoping to eat clean.Kind of blew it this weekend but nothing to serious. Just had three alcholic drinks as i met up with a couple of 4th year nursing friends at the pub. So onward we went to a night of dancing. Mind you i did only have 4 hrs sleep after coming home from nightshift. So i also got a good workout in. I ran kekuli run yesterday in pouring rain. Man i was never so wet. It was tough as i also ran to no music my walkman bit it. So there am with just my thoughts enjoying the sensation of the rain. My man spent the weekend with me so it was heaven right there.Sorry no time to blog till now.

I start my new perceptorship on a medical floor. 150 hours, today is orientation day. My goal are to start my weights daily with a day break from them and also to do cardio at least 5 times a week. Including spinn and running outside. Sunday night wil be my long run. I will have to work longer days now. So my challenges will be harder to do. !2 hour shifts. Any advice??? So also my goal over all is to lose some inches off my hips and waist. To weigh less by 5 lbs and to look stunning in my bikini when my beau runs iron man. As once i stop i will try and keep it going. My ultimate goal is to drop to 142lbs…

For now it is only to drop to 145 and maintain that weight for a while. i am lookfing forward to this challenge. I also need to know how to ad photos on blogs. Can anyone help??? I will drop by and say hi to all the fellow bloggers and let the challenge start……
