Well i didnt have a good workout week but …i have a cold so layed low a bit…
Hard to do as wanted to go skiing this weekend with the boys..Sigh plans …that get broken. Didnt want to end up with Pneumonia with the tempertures being cold but warmed up a bit anyways this weekend.
Trying to do some work outs, went yesterday and have something else in my personal life going on which is affecting me personally.. So hopefully things will go ok with that…Trying hard to ignore it and take a wait and see approach but it kind is tough to do to be honest. So i will just forget about it for now and hopefully this week is a better week for me.
Thanks for all the help on my nuitrition input as i am seriously trying to look good for bathing suit season…So analyzing my nuitrition which is the part i lag on a bit….

Thursday means belly dancing and an hour of weight training with my personal trainer. Have only done one workout this week……which is not good. But leaving soon to do a good workout. Tomorrow is bootcamp in the morning did not accomplish this week my goals. I guess the weekend will have to be used to do more cardio…Schoolwork was piled high this week and also have a bit of a cold brewing….excuses

Well it is f****** cold here -17 and no gloves..almost froze my hands off at 5am flight in to canada. Here in Vegas everyone was saying how cold it was….no idea man what cold is…I had to defrost my hands and my car lol…good thing for ice scrapers..
And to get to my home and the furnace is not working…egad bryan did you give me your luck…LOL
Holy hannah..only warm place is my bed at this point after all its 630 am…Well my furnace did not work till later on ..but lucky i had somebody comeout to fix it..but not without a cost. 580 Dollars…so much for not working nights anymore…LOL
One step forward two steps back….no gym today…sigh
Anyways walked and walked and shopped and shopped…and even ate M&M’s and gambled the only sin i did was eat chocolates didnt even have a drink…know you know my addictions LOL,,,and not the gambling…Smile and tomorrow is a new day…and yes i have heat tonight..from the furnace….

Well i did my 6 days of activities..got my cardio in 5 out of 6 days and bootcamp twice and three spinn classes this week.
As well did belly dancing last night. First class since last summer. So it was a review but still fun. Had a great workout with my personal trainer last night. Worked on triceps and shoulders and some abdominals. OFf to bootcap this morning.
The girl in the class wants us to log what we eat. I noticed my calories were up to 1800 sometimes 1900..How do i know wether that is enough or not if i do A 2 hour workout..maybe it is to much not sure,,,Any advice on this one. Trying to balance the carbs and the protein. I weighed 149 on the scale yesterday and i want to lose the 9lbs by summer. So it is my goal to do this. Well any advice on this topic is appreciated. I am trying to lose some weight so have decided to increase the cardio for now. Well off to VEGAS for some shopping as fitcamp got cancelled so trying to be upbeat and juse enjoy the rest and enjoy no snow or minus tempertures while there..Have a great weekend all……

Well did another spinn class but didnt stay to stretch as my kiddies are home waiting for dinner. Did shoulders and Abdominals on the ball using 20lb cable weights. Noticed great results from doing abdominals this way. Before my shoulder excercises did some cardio to warmup on the stepper.( About 30 minutes worth). Always use the stepper kind of addicted to it as well really enjoy the good endorphins the spinn class produces.
BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW….

Well liked i said i was getting up early to make it to bootcamp this morning. Our first day and we have to log all our food we consume. HMM
So after an hour of an awesome bootcamp cardioclass i decided to do spinn as well for another 45 minutes of cardio. So needless to say i got my cardio in today. Than i ventured on into the weightroom and did a small workout of triceps till they burned than i left the gym and was satisfied with my workout for today. Now i am trying to stay true in my other new years resolution to stay on top of my reading for school so i dont lag behind and produce stressful moments of playing catch up reading and never getting there. So all in all i am pleased with my day. My eating still needs some help but will workon that as well. Since i am so hungry by the time i am done my workout. Hope all had a good day…and a monday at that.
