well did a good leg workout after my spinn class…leg pressed 335…and did squats and more squats….Tomorrow it is biceps and back…with the personal trainer.
Stepped on the scale today and the weight is down woohoo…so im happy today..
My big bday tomorrow……….yes i am 30….ok ok enough said….i feel 30 hows that…
