Second year done…yippee
onto 3rdyear. Well my goals include maintaining my workouts, start to run more. Take my eating habits, to a different level. Maintain my program and keep at it and hopefully lose a few pounds. My weight has not changed much so i am looking forward to it moving on the scale. I also of course want to do better in school. Going to be tough as i have to work a bit of weekends for a little while. Hopefully post more photos which i have not been good at doing. I have been doing my weights with at least an hour of cardio when i do get to the gym. Today is leg day…So we will see how i do. JUst got done my last night shift as a second year student this morning…i am having a glass of wine with dinner later to celebrate and the sunshine has come out again………….
