Well here it is sat…how time flys…. Last sunday i had an awesome day off…Been working a whole wack of nightshifts…So that makes me tired alone…trying to get some workouts in there…Had 4 days off…
Sunday was hot hot hot…managed to take the whole day off and spend most of it outside. Decided try out hawaiian outrigger canoing paddling on the lake here. It was an hour of paddling. It was a lot of fun. Will try it again..Lots of upper arm strength needed to change every 14 strokes.
After this i decided to visit a man i date, off and on and we went for a hike to a waterfall close by. It is a 3.5km hike one way. Through trees and a path. I wanted to find this place as later on in the evening i was to meet some of the bootcamp girls and run this path. It was very muggy and that was a cooler place to hang out. Well i did find the place again in the evening and we ran most of it with the girls. I slept good that night…
Monday i took the day off, had to mop up water in my basement from leaving the sprinkler on to close to the house..not sure where the water came from…Took the day off.
Tuesday..i finally met with the personal trainer..was suppose to meet her yesterday. Im glad i got her. I have been going to these group power classes for a few years and have only been warming up my muscles im sure.. because my goodness she put me through the test.
She says im strong and upped my weights so much in the past 3 days…I didnt even know i could lift that heavy..now for all you gym goers that do free weights its probably nothing to you …but for me it was a shock almost. I did shoulders, lats, and chest the first day.
second day i did legs…omg…Than of course no suzy cant get enough and has to do a one hour class doing a floorworkout and some freeweights and lots of legs in that as well…So it is called batt class…Goes through all the parts in a floor routine..Excellent class i have been doing it for a few years…For us girls we call it Big ass torture treatment..but it is called BAtt for butts, abs, tri and toning. Than i did some cardio as well..Have to do at least 25 min on the stepper and 30 on the spinn bike.
Than on thurseday i did a class caught at least 40 min of a spinn class and did 25 min on the stepper and than met the trainer to do some more work on biceps and lats and some lower abdomen. Well i tell yah my arms where killing me by the time i left. I have never been more challenged than the way the personal trainer has set up my routine. I am hoping to keep at it and will finally i am sure build some muscle on my body… and hopefully shed my little fat suit.
Well to note i was so tired yesterday and sore i had to take the day off….Today it is back at with a run hopefully 10ks and i will be happy….
Yes i am back at work and working nights again this week so i am meeting with the trainer again on tues wed and thurseday..to go over the workouts again. I dont venture to much into the weight area so i am very happy overall with this weeks progress. Trying to eat clean as well.. Will work on it a bit better this week……sorry for the blog delay….have a nice day…..
