Alright, so I moved to Aurora, CO in August. Since, I’ve been getting sick over and over again. It is really dry here, maybe that has something to do with it? I am EXTREMELY tired of being sick! It is affecting my workouts and my appetite…or lack of. 

If anyone has any tips that could help me out, I would really appreciate it. thanks!
