M-Stack Review

Friday, February 8th, 2008

yesterday was my last day of taking the Universal Animal M-Stack.  I did it consecutively everyday until the last day when I got sick and was unable to take it.  However, I took it the following day so I don’t think I really interupted the cycle, besides, it was the last pack.  I feel that M-Stack gave me more focus and maybe some more intensity throughout my workout.  I was taking it with Animal Pump, and now that I am finished with the M-Stack, I will continue the pump until it is finished and I will be able to see how much the M-Stack affected me.  Overall, I liked the product; it was very convenient, easy to take, and like I said, I had drive and focus throughout each routine.  The only note I have is to make sure your stomach is empty.  A couple of days I had eaten about 1.5 hours before taking the supplements and the effects of the Stack seemed to be reduced and not as intense.  I would suggest allowing 2 hours from the time you eat until the time you take the stack.  Also be sure to eat something about an hour or two after lifting, and not just a protein shake.  Good product.

Almost

Thursday, February 7th, 2008

I was on the last day of my M-Stack yesterday and I got sick the night before.  I had some kind of hellacious stomach virus for almost a full day.  I couldn’t hold any food down until the evening and didn’t feel better until this morning.  Needless to say I had to skip the gym yesterday.  I didn’t want to take my last M-stack pack while I was sick so I’ll finish it up today.

Animal Paks Chest

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

Yesterday I worked chest and was on day 6 of M-Stack and Pump.  I had good energy and drive through out my session. I am a little soar today, but that was expected considering I just changed my rep and set numbers.  I also am concentrating on one muscle a day for the next two weeks.  Feeling good so far and liking the PAKS.

Animal Paks

Friday, January 18th, 2008

Yesterday was my first day taking my new supplements.  I took M-Stack and 15 minutes later I took Pump and then about 20 minutes after that I hit the weights.  At first I felt the same as I normally do, maybe a bit jittery.  About 15 minutes into my routine I had a little more drive and then a little more and about 45 minutes into it I was really focused and had plenty of energy and strength.  I’m sure some of it was mental because I was so siked about these supplements but I still had energy after the workout and while I was driving home.  I believe these supplements will def. give me results. I’ll be updating this often.

Back at it!!!

Friday, January 4th, 2008

I’m back in the gym now after the holidays.  When the holidays came I took off from everything for 10 days.  I had a week off from work and I did what I wanted when I wanted along with eating whatever I wanted.  I figured it was a good opportunity because I had to cycle off of the supplements I was taking for at least two weeks.  I’m back in the gym now.  I did a refreshing two days of training to ease myself back into the swing of things.  Next week I will be back full fledged twice a day; one for cardio and one for weight training.  I will bring the supplements back next week as well.  I feel better already!!!

Fish vs Chicken

Tuesday, October 16th, 2007

Why is chicken so popular?  It seems to me that fish is one of the best foods you can eat.  It has a good amount of protein, good fats, and of course fish oil which has numerous benefits.  Chicken doesn’t have nearly as many benefits and it has to be cooked. To keep the taste of chicken interesting you have to change the way you cook it and that can add calories and unwanted fats to the meal.  So with that in mind, it would seem that sushi and sashimi would be the more preferred meal, especially since it can be eaten raw or cooked, which obviously avoids the potential of adding calories and fats that come from cooking. Am I wrong in my line of thinking? or has fish simply been overlooked and underappreciated because it is not as easily accessed by everyone?  Any feedback or thoughts or information?

New Bodybuilder

Thursday, October 11th, 2007

I’ve been lifting fairly routinely for a few months with a couple of missed days here and there with a couple of unneeded cheats.  However, now I feel like I am ready to begin commiting myself more and stay motivated longer and push harder.  I want to be ripped by summer ‘08.  This website and reading other’s blogs, profiles and viewing the pics of what i would like to look like along with just seeing other fit people will help me stay motivated and driven.
