Digging Deep……
We all have days that challenge us physically, mentally, emotionally! Especially when we are training hard, following a strict diet and lifestyle - sometimes it just feels SO HARD! Today is one of those days for me and I am digging deep. Remembering my goals, remembering all the sacrifices, remembering if it is to be, it’s up to me! These are the days that make the difference between average and outstanding. Doubt, insecurity, self criticism will always knock at our door from time to time. Remember to dig deep, stay strong and focused and don’t let the negatives in!

Keep at er…you look amazing and by tomorrow you will probably feel totally different about it all. It DOES get to be a challenge to keep it up all the time, but for the most part its worth the effort and determination. Best of luck in your competition on Saturday!

Allelujah to that! I have these serious cravings for peanut butter, not just a healthy required spoonful, but a whole JARFULL , so I don’t keep the stuff in the house. That would definitely exceed my daily caloric intake and mess up my macronutrient breakdown plan. Ay! But this is my first love, fitness! This is what sets us apart right!?! And we are here to show others that change is very possible and that controlling your body/health is completely possible!
