					<description>Thanks for your comments!  I agree re the taking photos regularly. Sometimes you really dont feel like it, and it is an effort that distracts from my training session - but its worth it to see the changes and progress.</description>

					<description>it seems like the people i notice on here that have had the most success take pictures frequently... i have this theory that when they look back over a few weeks they realize they are making changes and it helps with motivation.  (just my theory)  but i know that can be hard when you feel like you aren't where you want to take pics... clearly yours are FABULOUS so i'm sure you are feeling much motivation now! :)  keep it up!</description>
