					<description>Bella, How many laps is 50 metres, us American's don't translate very well, at least I don't. Funny you should write this post because today, while I was swimming, I was thinking that my speed has really increased this summer. I have swam every break all summer !!! I basically have swam since Jan. I had the Life Guards critigue my stroke and they said I was not using my legs enough. Weight training plus some adjustments has had really great results for me. I look forward to receiving your feedback. clc.</description>
