Abdominal flexing?????
OK, I have been doing my 200 crunches morning and 200 mid afternoon, with a variety of exercises for upper, lower and obliques. The abs are there but I am having trouble working out how to flex them properly so they show on call. I feel like it works best when I push my stomach out and flex the abs….but you know, if anyone here can give me some advice it would be appreciated. I am dropping the last bit of bodyfat and liquid so that will take care of itself….I hope…….the adventure continues….

For me the best way is to stand in front of a mirror and practice flexing until i can get a mind muscle connection and do it on cue (it takes more concentration with my obliques).
Also you may want to practice hitting a vacuum pose. I learned how reading Arnold’s New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, and I bet there are places on the internet (like here) that can describe the process far better than I could.

Listen, little pointer as far as abs go..If you want flat tummy thats ok, but if you want washboard ABS you can crack nut between, well, you’ll need to do some weighted stuff. Don’t worry, they wont grow out proportions or anything like that, ppl are often afraid of that and they rob themselves of great abs!
What you need to do is first of all, hanging leg or knee raise! That is single most effective exercise for abs. Then crunches on stability ball…Weighted mind you! Not too much weight. Dont sacrifice the form. Holding 4-10lb medicine ball or hugging 25lb plate on your chest will do just fine. Then Rope pulldowns. You can do it kneeling or sit on lat pulldown facing away from the machine, attach rope to the cable, pull and secure behind your head and chrunch away! Use enough weight so you can do 10 good reps. Also you could do standing side crunches for oblique with dumbell but don’t go crazy with weight on that one. It could actually widen your waist!
Just check my friend BBDIESEL and you will see what I’m talking about. Her abs are so deep and cut its unbelivable!
Hope I helped a little!

400 a day. Now that impress me. How many days a week you do them?
