My first time ever with the “weight lifting belt”….
because I decided I should enter my lifting stats. It was my first time ever to try out the belt and do the barbell bench press, barbell squat, barbell deadlift, barbell curl, barbell bent over row, seated barbell military press! I don’t really know any benchmarks for the results, but it was a lot of fun! And I am proud of the fact that I can almost barbell squat my own body weight for 8 reps! I still feel pumped!

It actually took me a little while to get used to it the first time I used a belt, but it helps you use more weight on certain exercises. That’s a definite plus. I’m sure you’ll be hitting new PR’s on those lifts soon. Good luck with your modeling goals.
