					<description>I started seeing this too - argh.  Not that I'm against them, heck it's cool to see a little motion on the page.  Unfortunately the potential for abuse or annoyance is too high.  It will be interesting to see what the site admin does.  I'm not sure if there's a way to accept .gif images but turn away .gifs with frames.</description>
