Good 2M Progress
It has now been two months and what has amounted to 15 workouts! I’m really stoked about the progress I am seeing in the mirror and on my scale! My current weight is 164lbs which is 6lbs up from the start date and my body fat has stayed about the same which hopefully means lean mass.
I’m still going at a slow pace with the once a week workouts but I feel good about my results. I may try to change it up with a two a week schedule like a majority of people on this site. I just hope that I don’t always feel weak and sore by going to a more frequent schedule… I don’t really like being sore all the time.
