Workout Tracker Q?
For dumbbell exercises, should i be listing total weight of the two combined or the individual dumbbell weight? Seems like it’s looking for the total but I’m not entirely sure… I’ve been using total but that seems incorrect to me for some reason.

I think for dumbell I would go with just the weight of one. How is your goal going?

I went back and redid my entires with the correct figures. I feel good about reaching my goal but I know it’s a still a good distance away… thanks!!
