meal 1 (9:30 a.m.): 3 large eggs with cheddar cheese and 4 oz. turkey sausage, 1 bowl oatmeal with cinnamon and raisons, life force multi, vitamin c, 16 oz. water
meal 2 (12:30 p.m.): 8 oz. tilapia, 1/3 cup dry (uncooked- didnâ??t measure cooked) whole wheat couscous, spinach salad with broccoli, raisons, mozzarella, walnuts, 2 tablespoons raspberry balsamic vinegar, 16 oz. water
meal 3 (2:15 p.m.): 2 oz. mozzarella, 1 handful almonds, 1 handful raisons, 16 oz. water
meal 4 (5:15 p.m.): 1 can tuna with 1 tablespoon olive oil mayo, 1 handful walnuts, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 handful raisons, life force multi, 16 oz. water
meal 5 (7:45 p.m.): 3 large eggs with cheddar cheese on three halves of high fiber bagel, 24 oz. water
meal 6 (9:45 p.m.): 1 cup cottage cheese, 10 fiber crackers, 1 handful almonds, 1 cup red grapes, 1 cup hot green tea
