breakfast: 4 egg omelet with cheddar cheese, tomato, ham, 1 bowl oatmeal with cinnamon, raisons, and vanilla, multiple vitamin, vitamin c, 12 oz. glass water

lunch: Panera Grilled Chicken Caesar salad, wheat baguette, white baguette, 3 pads of butter, 12 oz. glass water

dinner: 1 high fiber flat bread, 6 oz. chicken, 2 tablespoons sour cream, mozzarella cheese, spinach, 1 slice of tomato, 1 bowl of homemade bean soup (i.e., black beans, tomato, garlic, celery), 12 oz. glass water

after dinner study snack: 12 oz. glass of water

after exercise snack: 2 mozzarella string cheese sticks, 12 oz. glass of water   

before bed: 2 oz. swiss cheese, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 16 fiber crackers, 12 oz. glass water with 2 tablespoons of soluble fiber

#  Exercise
1 CARDIO ELLIPTICAL 20 MINUTES
