Well I haven't Pcleaned that much since college when i competed so kinda but not really lol =0) I'm going barefoot cause I do when I have weightlifting days, I don't have my weightlifting shoes anymore so id rather go barefoot than where my shox which is the WORST for squatting/weightlifting</description>
