Today’s adventure…..
Today was another productive day, kicked asses, got my ass kicked, learned a bunch of new stuff, worked out again and then more ass kickings =0)
So Dejan (Serb4ever) gave me a great idea, making a vid of my training so maybe when I suck less Ill do that! Today I worked on a lot of floor wrestling stuff =0) Anywho later on tonite I resistance trained:

Machine row with lat bar wide grip 60, 70, 80, 80lb
Standing Cable Straigth arm pulldowns (on Dual) 15lb each arm
Reverse Cruches
Hyperextensions

Wide Grip Lat Pulls 65lbs
Straight Leg Deadlifts 80lbs
Side Oblique Crunch on hyperextension bench with 10lb plate
Hanging Knee Raise
Giant Set 3 (4 sets of 15)
Seated Alternate Dumbell Curls 15lb each arm
Machine Preacher Hammer Curls 50lbs
Farmers Walk 15lb ea arm yikes! =0)
Wrist Curls with dumbells on flat bench 10lb ea arm
