Yeah it was time for shoulders and I totally killed them with PR’s on almost everything =0)   PR’s on the !!’s

Standing Arnolds 50, 60!! 60!!, 30lbs
Standing Dumbell Lat Raises 30, 35!!, 40!!, 25lbs
Stability Ball Crunches 35 each set

4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 20
Seated Alternate Front Raises 15, 20!!, 22.5!!l, 12.5lbs each arm
Incline Dumbell Rear Delt Raises 50, 55, 60!!, 30lbs ea set
Hanging Knee Raises 20 each set

4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 20
Cable Cross Front Raises 10, 10, 5lbs each arm
Cable Rear Delt Pulls 20, 25, 25, 20lbs each arm
Cable Lat Raises 5, 5, 5, 2.5lbs each arm
