Tuesday, March 10th, 2009Yeeeeeah. So I’ve been slackerish still about posting mah blogs!! No seriously, I train early in the mornings and late evenings and by the time I get home I basically eat my last meal and pass out! BUT seriously, I miss being able to type out wats going on since I’m really good at stuffing down the el feelings. =0P Anywho, I’ve still been consistent with my workouts since that week break I took and today was Day one of a new week’s program so I thought today was appropriate to get back on the ball with bloggin again! Today was legs hell (heaven) and the goal was to finish the workout in 45 mins and I finished it in an hour. There was NO rest the ENTIRE workout, and therefore the weights are all light! Yeah I’m going to be faaareakin sore tomorrow. I’m ready to embrace zeee pain:

Giant Set 1 (4 sets of 20)
Smith Front Squats 521 65lbs last 5 reps each set alll way down
Single Leg Extensions DP 20lbs each leg
Alternating Lunges DP 20lbs 20 lunges each leg each so 40 each set
Giant Set 2 (4 sets of 20)
Smith Sumo Squats 521 65lbs
Lying Hamstring Curls DP 40lbs
Sumo Wall Sits 45 sec
Giant Set 3 (4 sets of 1 min)
Donkey Kicks 1 min Done under smith…
Side Kicks 1min
Jump Squats 20 jumps on smith for each set
Giant Set 4 (4 sets of 20)
Donkey Calf Raise DP
Seated Calf Raise Dp 25lbs
Tibialis Anterior Raise 1min yikes!!
