Wide Grip Champion Lat Pull yeah i blew on these 75, 90, 105, 90lbs

Single arm nylon pulley tricep press down 30, 40!, 40!, 40!lbs each arm

Excellent - way to go with the PRs! Nice workout too, like the alternating superset idea to keep the pulse up but not lose out on recovery time between sets.
