I’m sorely dissapointed in myself for not finishing the entire workout in time but I really killed it (good thing) on this half of the workout which took about an hr 40mins because of the way I’m doing the reps, also having to keep the weight lighter so I can make it through all the sets! After they mayhem of the evening I did another 30mins of jogging and biking again. =0)

So today was a record on the el cardio. I did two hours worth. 30 mins this morning of elliptical and jogging (for 10mins) in between clients then I did the remaining 1.5hrs tonight at the big gym. I started out with jogging for 20 mins of a pace of 5.1 slowly increasing up to 5.8mph. Then the next 10mins I did sprint intervals 2 min walking (3.4mph) and 1 min sprinting at 8.5-9mph. Shorty can run! hehe. Anywho, I’ve been eyeing for the past couple months I’ve been working out at this gym these newfangled machines. I don’t even know what they are called other than they are of the Precor variety and it basically looks like you are running on air. Its like the elliptical but WAAAAY cooler. Ha. And you can control your stride and it was great that I could tell the HR monitors where still all sensitive. Is that sad I get excited about accurate HR monitors? Ha. Anywho, it was also great because no stress on my joints, and it really felt like I wasn’t kicking my ass, but I was sweating like a….nvrmind….and it was way easier to keep my HR up around 145ish. yaya!

Yeah I’m a little laaaate on posting yesterdays workout cause well, I’m still recovering from last night’s debauchery. Yes I partied hard, and drank a decent amount of alcohol. haha. So I’m good to go now with alcohol till about the summer now. For real. =0) Oh and I gave a little impromptu mini class to three dudes in the gym on assisted lat pullups. This guy started workin in with me on them and was literally jerking himself upwards not even going up all the way either and using no assist. Two other guys had come up as well (One I used to date so he was trying to be all cool, haha). So I showed all three how to do it properly and they did each one set with MY assist weight and they were not able to finish it, hahahahaha. Anywho, back to the important stuff here, the workout! So this workout was freaking awesome and my back was just dead by the end. I kept having to go down on weight because of the way I’ve been doing the workouts this past week.
