i’m just curious as to your set up with the giant sets. Do you change this stuff workout to workout or do you always do alot of supersets and giant sets? and if you do what’s your rationale for it?

Every workout is different but yes, I have been consistently using supersets in every workout because they work perfectly for my current goal: gaining muscle. This article explains some of the different ways to incorporate them into your workout as well as the rationale behind it: http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/locke27.htm

I regularly use them as well, just not to the point you do. I usually do maybe one a workout. I like supersetting wide upright rows and lateral raises for shoulders…..rear pulldowns and wide straight arm pushdowns….etc, you’ve got me considering doing one for legs…..but that sounds in my head like suicide lol. Maybe one of these days when i’m one of the only ones in the gym i’ll try out one of these whole workout superset, giant set things and see what happens, it’d definitely allow for more volume in the same amount of time, and i’m allll about volume
