Noooooo…..
okay I’m good now. The weekends always go way too fast. Anywho, so I had to take today off too for cardio, (I don’t remember the last time I took off two days in a row for cardio besides competition days couple months ago…anywho cause I was freeeeaking sore as hell today AGAIN! My back and legs were just killing me and it felt freaking awesome!
Anywho, today I worked out my chest and triceps, and switched it all up this time, doing almost completely different set of exercises than what I did last time for those: pushups, flat dumbell bench and flyes, dumbell skullcrushers (one i made up at home!), single alt overhead tricep extensions, bench dips with 35lb plate on my lap…..and lots of bodyweight squats/lunges in between!
I seriously wonder how long I can hold a deep squat, I feel like I’ve gotten to the point where I can just squat there forever, its nuts….yeah I’m def a masochist….ha anywho….now I’m off to chill out before the nite is over….tommorrows a new freakin day =0)
