Tuesday, December 5th, 2006Had a really strong week last week. I’ll look to post my next progress pictures around Christmas. I guess it is like riding a bike. The diet has been trump tight and training pretty consistent. Only 109 days to make it happen. I’ve been doing leg workouts with 25 reps per set and the knees seem to be holding up well. Tonight is time to hit the wheels again with another Quarter Century Workout. Squats, Extentsions, Curls, and presses. I’m almost back…
